French Hill has represented Arkansas' 2nd District (Little Rock) since 2015 and chairs the House Financial Services Committee, after serving as its Vice Chairman and as the first chairman of its digital assets subcommittee. Before Congress he spent three decades in banking and investments, with service at the U.S. Treasury and as Executive Secretary of the President's Economic Policy Council under George H.W. Bush.
